Licence is in date and covers the declared activity
Tax / VAT registration matches (or not issued in this country)
Authorised signatory identity checked
Business contact confirmed by reviewer

Factory audit report reviewed, dated within 12 months

Quality-control system / certification reviewed

Verification is a point-in-time document check. It is not a guarantee of product quality or of any specific order. Use samples and pre-shipment inspections for important orders.

Payments

Mizan does not hold buyer funds. Payments are collected by a licensed third-party payment provider.
Card or bank payment through a provider is not legal escrow. Funds are released to suppliers only through the provider's contractual settlement process.
No protected-order fee is currently charged.

Disputes and refunds

Open a dispute from the order page any time after payment and before you confirm completion.
The supplier is notified and can respond with evidence.
Mizan support reviews both sides and records a decision with reasons.
Approved refunds are sent back through the payment provider; a second staff approval is required for refunds requested by support.

Delivered orders auto-complete 14 days after delivery if no dispute is opened.

Landed-cost estimates

Freight, duty and import-VAT figures on product pages are estimates from reference tables maintained by Mizan, labelled as such, and marked unverified until checked against official tariff sources. Confirm duties with a licensed customs broker.
